If you have ever wanted to do something to combat climate change, NOW is the time! You can have your say on New Zealand’s 2020 emissions target policy by attending a meeting with the Minister for Climate Change Issues, the Hon Dr Nick Smith, on Monday 6 July, 7:30pm-9:00pm at the Oceania Room, Te Papa, Wellington.
To give us a chance of getting back to 350ppm, we need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by a minimum of 40% relative to 1990 levels, by 2020.
